Introduction
The ITC Software Manager is developed with the purpose of facilitating location independent laptops/pc’s with the already existing facilities available for the domain laptops/pc’s at
the UT. (both private and UT)
In practice this means that you will be able to load software onto your laptop / pc across the internet, access (most) license servers and for users connected to the
UT network (UT campus, ITC building and ITC hotel) access to IT-facilities will be established. (file servers, printers etc.)
You must consult the course instructor before selecting and installing any software. By doing so you don't have to install unnecessary software and save time and hard disk space.
