Overview:
MATLAB® combines a desktop environment tuned for iterative analysis and design processes with a programming language that expresses matrix and array mathematics directly. Various toolboxes are available for specific scientific tasks and can be added during the installation.
Install information:
A personal matlab license is available for all UT students and staff, please check the UT web site for details on the matlab license.

Do not use the personal license when using matlab on a UT server. There is a matlab license server available for this purpose. Contact LISA for more information.
Technical / Known Issues:
The UT license can use all available MATLAB toolboxes. However please note that the MATLAB installation can become very large if all toolboxes are installed. The full installation requires 21GB of disk space.
